Cash-strapped golf clubs seek rezoning for housing as planning decisions stall, with AustralianSuper waiting years for ruling on 800 homes at Kingswood, Dingley Village. I also said: “The state is simply taking too long deciding approvals for the development of sites like Kingswood. It has taken years and still there is no decision.”
