In late 2021, key members of the Intrapac team established a new external arm of the business with the development of Cave Hill Projects.
Cave Hill now operate as the exclusive builder for Intrapac’s medium density dwellings, Avant Townhomes to ensure a consistent project team & build quality in addition to having control over the built form outcomes.
David Lunardi from Cave Hill Projects commented that having a dedicated construction arm provides Intrapac with an advantage as it “allows us to engage with the builder at early concept stages to facilitate the best built form outcome whilst managing cost control. Together, we have an in-depth understanding of our product and consistent deliverable objectives.”
Cave Hill Projects currently have 16 dwellings under construction at our Kinley project (Lilydale VIC) and are scheduled to commence construction on a 2nd stage of 25 dwellings in April, 2023. Upon completion, Kinley will deliver approximately 3,500 diverse dwellings including conventional land lots and medium density townhomes & apartments.
